Cashew Chicken with Coin Chapati

Ingredients:

Chicken - ½ Kg
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Cashew nuts- 10-15
Green chilli - 3
Cinnamon- 1 small piece
Chicken - ½ Kg

Cardommom- 3
Ginger-garlic crushed or paste- 1 tblspn
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add cashew,onion,ginger-garlic paste, green chillis and spices. When it becomes transliucent turn off the flame and make a ground paste.
Clean and cut into pieces of chicken . Boil chicken with one tblspn red chilli powder,half tspn termeric and requierd salt. And keep aside.
Grind tomatoes and make Puree and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add 2 tblsn of butter. When it becomes melt add ground paste of cashew-onion mix and stire well. Add tomatoe puree and stir well. When it becomes thick gravy add one tblspn of red chilli powder nd half tspn of termeric powder and keep stir. Then add boiled chicken ans mix well. Close the lid for abou 5-8 minutes. Then add half tspn of pepper powder. Then add half cup of fresh cream and mix well. Then turn off the flame and garnish with some cream chopped corriander and spring onion. serve hot with coin chapati.
Coin chapati
Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour/atta in a bowl. seive the whole wheat flour with salt. add a bit of water and ghee and start mixing.
Adding some water to the dough in parts, begin to knead the dough.
Knead the dough till it becomes pliable and soft.
Now make medium balls of the dough. Roll the balls in the palms of your hands and latten the ball. Apply some oil and sprinkle some whole wheat flour to the dough ball. Then roll it and cut into small pieces.
Turn on the gas stove and put the tawa to make it hot.
While tawa is getting hot, start rolling the small ball into a flat round circle.
Once the tawa is sufficiently hot then put the roti on a hot tawa/griddle.
Cook on both side and a brown spots should be visible. Remove from tawa and make all balls ike this. Coin chapati . Serve it woth hot Cashew Chicken.
Apply oil and dust flour
Roll it like this

Then flatten the small balls
